Unfortunately, we cannot help with nonimmigrant visas (such as student or tourist visas). We also cannot help with employment-based immigration issues.

NATURALIZATION
- Once you have an appointment, please fill out this Naturalization Questionnaire (English) (Spanish) and bring it with you to your first appointment. ALSO please bring these documents (English) (Spanish) to your appointment.
- If your appointment is by telephone, please have all this information contained in these documents ready to provide to the legal worker who calls you
IMMIGRATING FAMILY MEMBERS
- In order to petition to immigrate a family member, you must have proof that you are either a lawful permanent resident or U.S. citizen. Additional evidence you will need is:
- Immigrating your parent: your birth certificate and your parents’ marriage certificate
- Immigrating your child: your child’s birth certificate, and your marriage certificate if the child was born during a marriage
- Immigrating your spouse: your marriage certificate and proof of termination of all prior marriages for both you and your spouse
- Immigrating your brother/sister: your birth certificate, your brother or sister’s birth certificate, and your parents’ marriage certificate
- If your appointment is by telephone, please simply have these documents on hand during the call
IMMIGRATION COURT REPRESENTATION
- Please have the respondent’s A#, date and time of next hearing, country of birth, best language, criminal history documents, and a brief explanation of how the person came to be in immigration court proceedings. We represent detained and non-detained individuals in San Diego and Otay Mesa Immigration Court proceedings. Detained individuals and/or their family members can contact our immigration removal defense hotline at 619-738-9832.
