Filing Taxes: Rights and Responsibilities (2024)

Please join Legal Aid Society of San Diego Tax team and the San Diego Law Library in our tax webinar series from Feb-Apr. 2025, where in the month of March, we will present our webinar called: “Filing Taxes: Rights and Responsibilities (2024)”, where our Tax team will discuss key information for filing taxes 2024 including:

• Key information for filing 2024 taxes
• Selected 2024 tax topics discussion and updates: 1099-K income, Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), Child Tax Credit (CTC) and other tax credits.  CA Credits: CalEITC, Young Child Tax Credit (YCTC) and Foster Youth Tax Credit (FYTC)
• Key sunset and changes in tax law applicable for 2024 and prior tax years, claiming 3^rd Stimulus check
• Services provided at our LITC department
