Do you have Medicare and need help paying for your Medicare Part D Plan?
If so, you might qualify for Extra Help!
What is Extra Help?
• Extra Help is a government program that helps Medicare beneficiaries with the costs of their Medicare Part D Plan, including co-pays, monthly premiums, deductibles, and the “donut hole.” This program is also known as Low-Income Subsidy (LIS)
Who qualifies for the LIS?
• If you are single and your monthly income is:
►less than $1,320; or ►yearly income is less than $15,840; or ►your resources cannot exceed $11,990
• If you are married and your monthly income is:
►less than $1,770; or ►yearly income is less than $21,240; or ►your resources cannot exceed $23,970
